Our employees vary according to individual client requirements, agencies and place of work requirement. They are experienced working with children and must be at least 21 years age. All our candidates have a minimum of Associate degrees in Nanny, Child Development or in other related disciplines. In addition to helping families with childcare duties they are highly trained to inspect and patrol properties to protect against vandalism, theft, fire, and different types of offensive possibilities. They are trained to use various telecommunications devices to call for immediate assistance from the proper authorities/ agencies, when necessary. T2’s possess military backgrounds, possess high situational awareness. They may work on their own or in small or large teams with other guards in support of larger organizations. T2 will normally possess language capabilities of the countries they are assigned to in addition to fluency in English (This will vary depending on client requirements & geographic location).
